I cannot say enough positive things about Sterling Morris. While working at Logan Regional he was my manager and I have never had such an amazing, caring, professional and positive leader. Sterling is the epitome of "leading by example" he never asks anything of his employees he would not to do himself. He never would refer to us as "his employees" we were always "team members" or "colleagues" and I appreciated being seen as an equal by him. Sterling leads by giving his employees plenty of trust and autonomy and ensures he is available for help and support whenever needed. He is also a great developer and mentor. Sterling taught me about design and photography when I first began my role based off goals I set to grow those skills. He ensured I had the tools and resources needed in order to go from beginner to intermediate within my first year at Logan Regional. Sterling is a great leader, mentor and friend and I would highly recommend him.
