Thoughtful, driven, innovative, and motivating. Sterling Morris has the ability to not only produce and create on a high level, but he also has the ability to lift others with whom he works up with him. I have been the direct benefactor of much of what Sterling produces working as a regional associate, and I am always impressed with his ability to always provide impeccable function with all of his beautiful designs.
He is also a master of continuous improvement on our team, often pioneering new methods for us to incorporate new strategies and metric tracking.
On top of all of his fantastic work, Sterling is also a person of great character. I have never heard him speak a negative word about anyone. I always has a kind word about everyone, even in a moment of critique.
