Sterling's most impressive value to a team is his ability to navigate seamlessly between the worlds of tech and marketing, which few manage to master. He has a wealth of knowledge dealing with complex information systems, social measuring tools, making sense of large amounts of data and the overall ebb and flow of the internet.

Where many restrict themselves to these technical disciplines, Sterling goes above and beyond with his business savvy. He has developed rich understanding through a variety of experiences in entrepreneurship, planning, and strategy, which are exemplified by his co-founding of successful Politicit, which gives real time social data for the 2012 presidential election. Sterling's efforts landed Politic as a finalist in the high-profile Intel Innovators competition, beating out other fantastic ideas with thousands of votes. As social strategist for the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, he grew a dismal social presence into a top 20 presence among all business schools in the United States for engagement and followers/likes. Sterling was always consistent and professional in working with me to post content quickly and correctly.

Sterling's technical qualifications, paired with his intimate understanding of people, culture and business, make him a dangerous weapon for any organization seeking a strategic-minded individual that will meet and exceed expectations.
