I had the distinct pleasure of not only hiring, but also working with Sterling Morris at Intermountain Healthcare. Sterling was an instant credit to our team and had a very positive impact on our marketing plans and implementation. He is very results-oriented and always very responsible. Some of the areas Sterling contributed were:

  • He directed and executed a carefully developed digital marketing plan for the Cache Gran Fondo bike event, which drove online registrations to a record high 700+ registrants generating nearly $50,000 in gross revenue for the Logan Regional Hospital Foundation
  • Conserved $20,000+ budget dollars for Logan Regional Hospital from video production budget by producing many videos in-house and filming many others and hiring competent editors for post-production work.
  • Forged community outreach ties with other not-for-profit groups including Common Ground Outdoor Adventures, Utah State University, and the Logan Downtown Alliance
  • Launched and successfully executed a year-long digital campaign with social, video, graphic elements on Logan Regional Hospital’s 100-year history building top-of-mind presence in community members who make up Logan Regional Hospital’s 150,000-resident target audience.
  • Organized, implemented, and produced physician introduction package of 12 videos with a market value estimate of $20,000; six physician introduction videos have been fully produced and placed with six more planned to be produced and delivered before the end of the review period.

These are just some of the great projects Sterling managed. Equally impressive was Sterling's people skills and his ability to work with people at all levels in the company. His addition to the team was powerful, and his worked lifted the bar for the entire group.
